Data controller
Marbres Calvet, S.A., tax number A58557844, Carrer d'Eusebi Millán, 27, 08800 Vilanova i la Geltrú (Barcelona). Telephone 93 814 31 11. Email info@marbrescalvet.com.
What we collect and why
Only what you give us voluntarily when asking for a quote: name, telephone, town, email address and whatever you tell us about the job, along with any photos or drawings you choose to attach. We use it solely to answer that enquiry and, if there is a job, to carry it out.
Legal basis
Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract — that is, preparing the quote you have asked for — and performance of the contract if you go ahead with the work.
How long we keep it
As long as we need to deal with your enquiry. If there is no job, we delete it after a year. If there is, we keep whatever tax and commercial law requires.
Who we share it with
We do not pass data to third parties for commercial purposes and we do not build profiles. If you write to us on WhatsApp, the message goes through WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta group), which acts as controller for that service and may process data outside the European Economic Area relying on the safeguards in Chapter V of the GDPR; if you would rather not use it, there is the telephone and the email. The form on this site sends nothing to any server of ours: when you press send, your browser composes a message with what you have written and it is you who sends it from your own WhatsApp or email. Beyond that, with no one, unless the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or its deletion, as well as to restrict or object to processing and to request portability, by writing to info@marbrescalvet.com. If at any point we process your data on the basis of your consent, you can withdraw it whenever you wish, without affecting anything done before the withdrawal. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and does not follow you from one site to another, which is why you will not see any cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to. If we measure visits, we do it with a cookie-free analytics tool that counts pages and referrers in aggregate and cannot identify anyone. If your browser sends the Do Not Track signal, we do not count you.
